Condo Inspection

A Condo inspection is an impartial objective assessment of the internal systems and structure of a condo, with particular attention to any safety concerns for you and your family. Condo’s do not pass or fail a home inspection.

Providing You With Comprehensive, Factual Information

Our home inspectors provide you with comprehensive, factual information to help you make a well-informed, confident decision about the house. We encourage you to attend the inspection and ask any questions that may come to mind. Most home inspections, including the report, take on average between 2-3 hours to complete.

We Issue A Comprehensive Digital Report

Each investigative home inspection is followed up with a comprehensive digital report on the current state of the home. This includes narrative details supported with images that give a complete picture of each residence for home buyers or sellers.
